The company I work for always hosts an event before we head for our Christmas dinner. One year, it was to try our hands at making chocolates at the Lindt Chocolate Factory in Zurich.
It was lots of fun! When the doors open, it felt like Christmas had arrived.
Needless to say, we could eat chocolates non-stop during the entire time we were there.
We learnt how to make champagne truffle balls and the chocolates you see in the Femina boxes. We could decorate them however we want.
It was such great fun. Who doesn’t love chocolate?
